About the Role:
Blueprint Ministries, the Child, Family, Youth, and Young Adult Ministries of the Lutheran Church of Australia (SA-NT District), is inviting expressions of interest for the role of Camping & Event Ministries Coordinator. This is a vital role that will support the vision and mission of the SA-NT District by providing leadership, resourcing, administration, and compliance support for Blueprint Ministry Camps and events. The coordinator will work closely with ministry leaders, equipping and empowering them to share the gospel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on leadership for camps and events
- Offer administrative and compliance support to ensure smooth operations
- Equip leaders for effective ministry
- Promote the vision and mission of the SA-NT District through these programs
Essential Qualifications:
- Lay Worker accreditation or Lutheran theological training
- Experience in Christian camping
- Strong administrative and computer skills

About the role :
We seek a committed Christian/s who are looking to grow in their faith journey and share that journey with others.
Leading a team of hospitality, maintenance, operations and ministry interns, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of this multipurpose venue.
You’ll plan for the long term and ensure the operations of camping (predominantly primary and high school aged children) provides a guest experience that ensures repeat business. Whether it be advising the board on the long-term capital replacement of key site facilities, building capability in your team, implementing new marketing initiatives, or working on program design; this role is sure to keep you interested and provide diversity to your day.
